  • Physical security assessment

    Also known as a Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessment, this comprehensive review of your physical space, policies, procedures, training, and other areas, will give you a snapshot of your current security level and a roadmap of concrete recommendations to meet industry standards.

  • Employee security training: Active Assailant Survival Skills

    Training includes lessons learned from previous mass attacks, including those involving workplace violence, active shooter warning signs, survival response options, plus considerations for interacting with first responders. Training will be a combination of classroom and practical exercises and is designed to empower students with practical skills.

  • Employee security training: De-escalation Skills

    This training includes early warning signs of an escalating individual, signs of imminent danger, de-escalation techniques including active listening skills, and ways to avoid escalating a situation. This class will empower students with simple actionable skills to use in everyday situations that have a potential for escalation. This course will include lecture, question and answer, and role-playing exercises.

  • Employee retention training: Bias Awareness Skills

    We believe that a major factor in team performance and retention of employees from traditionally marginalized groups is the organizational climate. This training will help manage the risk posed by a toxic climate by bring awareness to characteristics, origins, types, and impacts of bias, as well as strategies for being aware of – and mitigating the impact of – our biases. The training is delivered in a non-confrontational and collaborative style.

    During times of crisis, we can provide you with an experienced crisis management professional to help guide your response. Note: clients with an active retainer agreement receive priority for this service.
